My vision is to create well-regulated and compassionate leaders who inspire others with embodied calm, confidence and an awareness of the diverse needs of the individuals in their care (mentally, culturally, ability, age, gender and sexual identity).
My mission is to to transform future leadership through a nervous system-centric and trauma-informed understanding that celebrates and amplifies diversity by providing accessible and impactful therapy and training that teaches people how to:
Understand and navigate their own nervous systems
Unpack and dismantle their own internalised oppression (unconscious beliefs and how they got there)
Embody their values and cultivate aligned presence
Lead and act with compassionate curiosity
My values centre: respect, openness, compassion, curiosity, accessibility, evidence based solutions, education, do no harm and mind and body connection.

Working with Ramone one on one was exceptionally nourishing for me as a yoga teacher and spiritual guide. Ramone confidently gave me exciting tips, was a sounding board for future ideas, and provided excellent advice and helpful techniques to assist me in areas I have felt contraction in. She listens wholeheartedly allowing her to intuitively pick up on what you discuss so that she hits home with personalised advice. Ramone delivers her mentoring in such a friendly way, it feels like a catch up with a friend.

Ahhhhh it's Ramone!! So god damn great to see her and be in her presence again. The vibe she gives off is infectious and man does it make me want to grow. Learn and grow and help many, many people. When I'm around her I feel like my purpose in life rises from within me and makes me want to chase my dreams til I get there and share a part of me and all past yogis to heal and groud others.

Over the course of a few sessions Ramone took me through different techniques for letting go in the moment. I have been able to use similar techniques on my own since then. You should definitely reach out to Ramone. She provides a really warm and supportive session while still making sure you do the work you need to. She’s also educative in her approach, so you can learn and understand more about your own triggers and build your self-awareness. And I loved the way she’d mix up techniques. Also she sends really great, informative emails with heaps of great info!
