8 week Introduction to Trauma Informed DBT - 9 May
Trauma-Informed Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach to nervous system regulation proven to help improve distress tolerance, emotional regulation, increase self trust and improve interpersonal relationships.
Using a foundation of mindfulness, Trauma Informed DBT will help you better understand yourself and others so you can access and act with comapssionate curiousty in all of your interactions.

This 8 week introduction to Trauma Informed DBT will cover the foundations of DBT, understand how your nervous system drives your emotional responses and an introduce to a selection of the most effective DBT tools you can learn to help you feel safe, secure and capable of engaging with life in ways that empower you.
The course will run online via Zoom for 8 consecutive Thursdays from May 9th at 7.30pm AEST for 60 minutes. Recordings will be available for those unable to make the live call.
Each session will begin with a guided mindfulness exercise before covering an explanation of the weekly content including:
